Apples have become the latest symbol of our throwaway society with recent figures showing that 4.4 million are dumped in household bins everyday. Voted the Best New Variety in the 2007 Grower of the Year Awards and already tipped as the apple world’s rising star, Jazz Apples are a versatile fruit, perfect as a snack and equally as tasty when used as an ingredient in cooking.
