JAZZ THE MEDIA DARLING

You couldn’t keep Jazz Apples off the TV or airwaves this January as the media highlighted the ways in which the apple is benefiting British growers.

Jazz Apples featured on programmes including BBC 2’s Working Lunch, BBC Southeast Today, BBC 5live’s Wake up to Money and BBC Radio 4’s PM. They’re also set to make an appearance on the Good Food Channel’s Market Kitchen at 19:00 on the 10th of February.

Along with two other new varieties Kamzi and Cameo, Jazz are helping to prolong the British apple season. Whilst traditional varieties grown in Britain are off our shelves by January, Jazz is hardy enough to last us through until May staying crunchy and fresh. This gives British Growers a much needed extra four months of sales and allows UK consumers to buy British for longer. In the words of Errol Brown, everyone’s a winner!
