Team Jazz’s Martin Morgan Attempts World Record for Charity!
To refresh your memory Martin Morgan is one of the original members of Team Jazz and is a Tae kwon do wonder, competing on a level that will hopefully see him take part in the 2016 Olympics. Martin has competed in various national and international competitions and has already achieved the title British Junior National Champion on several occasions. Furthermore he was selected as a Young Ambassador for promoting the Olympics in 2012 but unfortunately just missed out on the main squad.
Despite Martin’s increasingly busy schedule what with his studies and sport career, he has still found time to do various charity work and now has a new project for summer 2012 - to break the current Guinness book of records time for the trip from Land’s End to John O’Groats and back again by bike.
The attempt is being done to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity very close to his heart due to his wish that every young person with cancer gets the best professional support during his/her fight against it.
The World Record attempt will hopefully take place on the 20th - 25th of August, 2012. He will need all support he can get from our Jazz Apple Fans so please click the link below if you can sponsor him. We wish him the very best of luck and know that with all of his Jazz Fans on his side the World Record will be his!
